Nevertheless, it is given this name because of its very clear buds, a green jade color, like the varieties used to make white tea.This can be confusing, but our The Blanc D ’Anji is a creation in collaboration with the producers with whom Dammann Freres work and the manufacturing process is the one of a white tea.
